The withdrawal of 16 projects from their grid access and connection permits has freed up over 1 GW of capacity on the Spanish electricity grid. This is more than just a technical figure: it creates new opportunities for the development of photovoltaic projects with a greater chance of being successfully implemented. In a market where grid access is becoming an increasingly strategic resource, the difference is determined by project maturity, clear timelines and the ability to effectively coordinate all the stakeholders involved.

In this context, Peimar works alongside installers, distributors and developers, ensuring continuity of supply and direct support throughout the different stages of each project. When new grid connection capacity becomes available, being prepared means being able to turn an opportunity into a project that can actually be implemented. The growth of photovoltaics depends not only on the availability of grid capacity, but also on the ability to make effective use of it through solid, well-planned projects that are ready for development.
