Moris, what kind of opportunities can arise from an event like this for a company such as Peimar?

“At an event like KEY 2026, in addition to meeting long-standing customers and having the opportunity to present new product ranges in person, there is also the chance to meet and, above all, get to know new installation companies and entrepreneurial realities, and to establish collaborations for project development.”

Paolo, why is this trade fair a crucial moment for the photovoltaic market and for those working in the sector today?

“KEY 2026 in Rimini takes place this year at the beginning of Q2-2026, at a time when the market is moving from interpreting signals to the need to make operational decisions on purchases and stock for the coming months.”

“After an initial phase of skepticism and waiting at the beginning of 2026, the market has entered an upward phase in photovoltaic module prices, supported by the increase in raw material costs and expected to strengthen further with the abolition of the 9% rebate on exports from China, effective from April 1, 2026.”

“Those working in the sector now need partners willing to share information promptly and with full transparency, as well as pricing policies that ensure gradual adjustments and avoid shocks that could result in margin compression.”

“At this stage, manufacturers who fully comply with the supply chain can make a real difference. With them, wholesalers can build a shared stock strategy: an approach that can translate into a real competitive advantage in the local market and ensure continuity of supply throughout the year.”

“Another central issue is undoubtedly the full implementation of fire classification according to the European standard EN13501-1, which now allows operators to clearly distinguish the safest modules and is increasingly guiding their choices toward solutions fully compliant with the Fire Brigade Guidelines of September 1, 2025.”

Marco, which topics or requests do you expect will be at the center of conversations with customers and partners during the trade fair?

“One of the first topics that will emerge concerns price trends in the photovoltaic sector. The market is going through a phase of increasing module prices after a long period of decline. Those working in the field every day feel the need to better understand how to move forward with greater awareness. In this context, direct dialogue becomes essential to correctly interpret market scenarios and quickly adapt to this phase of rapid change.”

“We will present new N-Type bifacial and monofacial photovoltaic modules, featuring new power outputs combined with compact dimensions, with efficiency of up to 23.69%. In terms of safety, we have achieved the important fire reaction classification B-S1,d0, in line with the new Fire Brigade circular in force since September 1, 2025, which allows modules to be installed also on carports, canopies, pergolas, balustrades, etc.”

“Great attention will also be devoted to PSI-A, the new All-In-One system designed to expand storage functions in the residential sector, with six possible configurations ranging from a standard system to retrofit solutions, up to a fully autonomous off-grid system with a single product where everything is integrated and supplied as standard. The integration between inverter and batteries allows for fast installation, with commissioning, programming and monitoring completed in less than ten minutes, making it ideal for installers seeking a system that is easy to set up, reliable, and equipped with a wide range of functions.”
