That curiosity and drive naturally led me to explore opportunities in the renewable energy space.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cJoining Peimar felt like the perfect next step \u2014 a chance to align my professional skills with my personal values, and contribute to something that truly matters for the planet and future generations.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Identifying the most promising solar opportunities in his territories<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"1266\">\u201cIn Argentina and Uruguay, we see a strong push toward diversifying the energy mix and improving grid stability, which creates space for both large-scale solar projects and distributed generation.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cParaguay has incredible solar potential thanks to its climate and growing demand in remote areas where decentralized solutions are ideal. And in the Dominican Republic, the combination of high electricity costs and strong sunlight makes photovoltaic systems especially attractive for both residential and commercial sectors.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cAcross the region, I see great opportunities in self-consumption models, hybrid systems, and technology integration that increases efficiency and ROI.
